Since founding A Flair for Affairs® in 1997, Elisa Delgardio has planned and produced hundreds of sensational, emotional and unforgettable weddings and events. Elisa enjoys the distinction of being the first Wedding Planner in Florida to hold the prestigious designations of both Certified Special Events Professional and Master Bridal Consultant (tm), thereby bringing unique experience to planning, designing and producing weddings and events. In addition to planning stylish weddings and celebrations, Elisa also produces industry events and coordinates programs and education for local industry associations.

Voted Wedding Professional of the Year in 2011, Elisa also enjoys the distinction of being the first independent planner in Florida to hold the prestigious designations of Certified Special Events Professional and Master Bridal Consultant (tm).

As an owner and partner in numerous successful business ventures, Elisa is widely knowledgeable about the challenges facing entrepreneurs and working professionals. The service she offers is designed to help her clients balance their valuable personal time with their professional obligations.

Elisa’s special events experience stems from years of working weddings, events and mitzvahs at exclusive clubs and catering establishments on Long Island (NY), while her studies in Interior Design (NYIT) have fine tuned her intuitive understanding of the technical and artistic aspects of designing environments. Elisa is both personally and professionally dedicated to helping others and truly enjoys sharing her skills and expertise with clients and colleagues alike. Her thriving business and professional achievements are a testament to her passion for her work. Elisa currently resides in Orlando and balances the demands of family and a successful career by planning weddings and events from her studio at home.
