Elisa Delgardio, founder of the firm A Flair
for Affairs®, is a Certified Special Events Professional and Professional Bridal Consultant (tm) with 20 years of wedding and event planning experience. Elisa is nationally recognized as a
special events industry expert, with experience in all aspects of wedding design and event management and production.
Since establishing A Flair for Affairs® in 1997, she has successfully merged her special events and hospitality experience with her design and management skills to create hundreds of sensational, emotional and unforgettable weddings and events.
Bio: Elisa Delgardio lived and worked in Long Island (New York) until she married in 1987. In 1993, the Delgardio's moved to Orlando, Florida - with thoughts of starting a family and exploring business opportunities. Shortly thereafter, they opened a restaurant and welcomed a baby daughter. For many years, Elisa worked from home - overseeing the administration of the restaurant and growing her consulting business - as she raised daughter, LeighAnn. The Delgardio's sold their award winning Central Florida restaurant after eleven years, allowing Elisa to focus even more time and energy on events, and the growth of her company. Elisa's community involvement includes lending her time and talents to events benefiting charitable organizations, and educating students of all ages about wedding and event planning careers.
