When the big day arrives, it may bring unexpected surprises. Of course, you've invested a LOT of time and effort and
now you are looking forward to enjoying your event. When it comes time to pass the baton, you want an experienced on-site coordinator to oversee the execution of your plans and arrangements.
Wedding Day Management, or 'Day-of' coordination services, are essential, and a professional coordinator can prove
indispensable for handling any or all of these details:
- Keeping you on schedule, and informed
- Personally assisting you (see that your needs are being met; keeping track of your personal items)
- Overseeing the vendors to ensure they're following the directions they've been given, and are performing as promised
- Attending to minor emergencies (cuts, bug bites, mending, repairs)
- Serving as a point of contact (liaison) for all service providers, so that you can enjoy the event
- Initiating a contingency plan, in case of unforeseen circumstances (for example, what to do if it starts raining just before your ceremony; or, the cake arrives damaged, etc.)
Wedding Day Management is an a la carte service which may be booked no more than 5 weeks in advance of the wedding. (minimum charge applies)
